Returns and Exchanges

It is our goal to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have great confidence in our products, and understand that most speech privacy products cannot reasonably be evaluated in a matter of minutes or even days. Therefore, Speech Privacy Systems encourages its customers to purchase and evaluate a product for a full month (30 days). If at any point during that time you determine that a product you have purchased fails to meet your needs, we will refund 100% of the purchase price, less shipping and handling.

In order to facilitate your replacement or refund as quickly as possible, please follow these simple instructions:

  • Please call us to request a return authorization, or simply reply to the email you received confirming your order. We may ask you a few questions about the product and its use in order to ensure we have done all we can to serve you and to better evaluate our product line. We’ll then give you a Return Authorization Number, which you’ll need to include on the label when you ship the product back to us.
  • All items must be in “as-new” condition, in original packaging, with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories. This does not mean you can’t open the product and try it out (which we encourage!), it simply means that we need you to return it in the same condition in which you received it. Please pack the product in a suitable shipping box; do not use the product carton as a shipping box. We recommend you save the original shipping box and packing materials for use in the event you should decide to make a return after evaluating the product.
  • You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and for the condition or loss of the products until Speech Privacy Systems receives them. We encourage you to insure your return shipment with the freight or parcel carrier in order to protect you in the event of loss or damage while in transit. We cannot issue credit for returned merchandise that has been lost or damaged in transit.
  • If returned items fail to meet these requirements, we regret that we will have to deny your request for replacement or refund, and you will be responsible for arranging to retrieve the returned items at your expense.

Please note: A restocking charge may also apply if merchandise is returned without prior authorization, if you refuse receipt of shipment, or if you are unavailable to take receipt of shipment.

Privacy Policy

We value and respect your privacy. We never sell, share, distribute, or otherwise disclose any other provided information with a third party. Our site does utilize cookies for the sole purpose of keeping track of your shopping basket contents while shopping and to allow you to automatically retrieve your bill-to and ship-to information (not credit card information) when you return to our site at a later date.
International Orders

All duties and taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer, and are billed separately by the shipping company (i.e. UPS, Fed Ex, and Post Office) or their agents. These duties and taxes are not part of the quoted shipping cost for the item(s).

If you accept delivery of item(s), and later refuse to pay the shipping company or their agents the duties and taxes, then Speech Privacy Systems must pay those charges. If Speech Privacy Systems has to pay the duties and taxes, you agree to allow Speech Privacy Systems to charge your credit card for the amount of those duties and taxes, plus a $25.00 servicing charge.
